Aidan Denver works for the Pro Football Academy.
In his small-group session filmed exclusively for CV Academy, he takes a group of six players through a series of passing patterns played in a diamond shape. As the practice progresses, the coach can incorporate a finish into a full-sized goal.
The aim of the practice is to develop the players’ understanding of a variety of planned combinations that relate to game day and, in doing so, improve their technical abilities.
