Stephen Constantine
India, 2015-2019
"The first thing is to respect the people. Respect the country, and then think: 'Well, all I'm bringing is my football.’"
Stephen Constantine had two spells as India's national team manager, but the London-born coach has also spent time in charge of Nepal, Malawi, Sudan and Rwanda. Speaking exclusively to The Coaches' Voice, the former Millwall coach discusses the impact that those experiences have had on him – both personally, and in his approach to management.
