Coaches' Voice Webinar
We were delighted to welcome Steven Reid as the special guest on our November 2022 Coaches’ Voice webinar.
During an excellent session with host David Jones, Steven spoke in fascinating depth about the psychological challenges he faced in a long and successful playing career at clubs including Millwall, Blackburn Rovers and West Brom, and with the Republic of Ireland. He went on to discuss the confidence issues that followed him into his coaching career, which most recently saw him working under Steve Cooper in the coaching team that led Nottingham Forest into the Premier League.
He then drew on all of these experiences to explain why he decided to shift his own professional focus from the on-the-grass coaching to working with professional sportspeople as a wellbeing, confidence and leadership coach.
