We were delighted to welcome Laura Harvey, head coach of NWSL team OL Reign, as the special guest at our September 2022 Coaches’ Voice webinar.
During a fascinating session hosted by David Jones, Laura reflected on a coaching journey that started almost 20 years ago. She looked back on her early steps into coaching, explained how she addressed the challenge of taking the Arsenal Women job before turning 30, and revealed how she has developed as a coach – both tactically and psychologically – since moving to the United States in 2013.
She also gave her thoughts on the development of women's football and the impact of England's victory at the recent Women's Euro 2022, and gave her expert insights into why Sarina Wiegman has been so successful.
